ISLAMABAD: Twenty-five more educational institutions in the federal capital Islamabad have been sealed following cases of corona virus.

DHO Islamabad Zaeem Zia has issued a letter to seal the educational institutions. The sealed educational institutions include both public and private educational institutions.

According to the letter, those in contact with the victims have been directed to remain in quarantine for 14 days.

DHO Zaeem Zia said that the number of sealed educational institutions in Islamabad has reached 120.

On the other hand, 400 better corona cases have come to light in schools in Punjab in two months.

A spokesman for the school department said the virus had been confirmed in 117 schools, while 16 had been sealed.

He said that most of the cases of Corona have come from Rawalpindi city.

He said that more than 8000 tests were conducted in the schools of Rawalpindi out of which 78 corona cases have been reported.
