ISLAMABAD: The High Court has constituted a special bench to hear Nawaz Sharif's request for an inquiry through the Medical Reports Commission.
According to details, a special bench comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of the Islamabad High Court will hear the petition while the special bench will hear the petition on November 24 and the file was sent to Chief Justice Athar Minallah for formation of the bench.
It should be noted that a special bench is hearing Nawaz Sharif's appeals, which will be heard on November 24, and now the same bench will hear the petition on November 24.
It may be recalled that former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif is currently with his sons in the UK while addressing PDM meetings from there and is also being severely criticized for his anti-military rhetoric. PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had also distanced himself from Nawaz Sharif's statement.
