A bomb blast near a non-Muslim cemetery in the Saudi city of Jeddah has injured several people.
According to the news agency, at the time of the bombing, a ceremony was going on in the cemetery to commemorate the end of the First World War, which was attended by consuls and diplomats from several European countries, including officials from the French Consulate.
The French Foreign Ministry confirmed the incident and said several people had been injured in the blast, which was an improvised explosive device.
France has strongly condemned the bombing, calling it unjustified and cowardly.
Greek officials also confirmed the incident and said that four people, including a Greek citizen, were injured in the blast.
The Saudi government has not released any details about the incident.
