Trump tweeted that he would announce a major victory tonight.
"The election is over and I'm satisfied with my position," Democratic candidate Joe Biden told a rally ahead of Donald Trump.
"We want every vote to be counted. The results will not be finalized until the final vote is counted," Biden said.
Democratic candidate, thank you all for using your opinion. We are confident that this election will be won.
