Yorkshire:  Psychologists have discovered that if a person does not get enough sleep or if he suffers from insomnia for any reason, then inverted straight and undesirable thoughts arise in his mind which are very difficult to control. However, if one gets enough sleep, one can control one's mind, and the nonsensical thoughts that come into one's mind.

The study, published online in the latest issue of the research journal "Clinical Psychological Sciences", was conducted under the supervision of Marcus Herrington of the Department of Psychology at York University in the United Kingdom.

To find out what the effects of sleep deprivation are on the human brain and thoughts, and what their nature is, they recruited 60 healthy volunteers who were divided into two equal groups: one group consisted of people who The other group of volunteers were woken up before they could sleep.
Immediately after this, some psychological tests were performed on the members of both groups to find out how much control they had over their thoughts.

The tests showed that the volunteers who got enough sleep were better able to control their thoughts and ideas.

In contrast, volunteers who were awakened without sleep had significantly weakened their control over their minds, while their minds were dominated by inverted, awkward, and irritating thoughts.

This study specifically describes the psychological and nervous stress that arises after trauma, in which a person thinks about the same thing over and over again and his own thoughts are out of control. Getting enough sleep can be an effective treatment for this and all such psychiatric patients.

Dr. Herrington says that getting enough sleep can not only prevent many mental illnesses but also help treat mental illness.
