Pennsylvania: Newly elected US President and Democratic candidate Joe Biden has said that the people have given him the honor of leading the United States.

In a statement, Biden said "everyone who voted for or against me will be president." I will try to earn the trust of the people.

On the other hand, the current US President Donald Trump has once again claimed victory in the elections.

"I have won the election," he said in a statement. I will hold a major press conference tonight in Philadelphia.

Democratic candidate Joe Biden has been elected the new president of the United States. 

According to US broadcaster CNN, Joe Biden has received 273 electoral votes so far, while Republican candidate Donald Trump has received 213 votes.

According to CNN, Joe Biden received 20 electoral votes in the US state of Pennsylvania, after which his total number of electoral votes has exceeded 270.

According to CNN, with the victory of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris has been elected the first woman and black vice president of the United States.

It may be recalled that Senator Kamala Harris from California was born in India while her father was born in Jamaica.

According to Fox News, Joe Biden has a lead of 34,243 votes in Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, Biden's tally rose to 3,339,500.

According to ABC, Biden has won by getting 273 electoral votes. The newly elected president received 74.48 million popular votes.

It should be noted that a total of 270 electoral votes are required for a candidate to be elected US President.
