ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information Shibli Faraz has said that how can those who do nothing for Gilgit-Baltistan get votes?
Federal Minister for Information Shibli Faraz has said in a statement that the emotional statements of Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari are devoid of logic and facts. The opposition must abandon the bad tradition of not conceding defeat after the election.
He said that such an attitude of not acknowledging one's defeat is against democratic values and those who give lectures on democracy should adopt democratic practices.
Shibli Faraz said that those who chanted slogans of respect the vote were not ready to respect the vote of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan. All the polls in Gilgit-Baltistan had shown the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership and Prime Minister Imran Khan a popular leader.
He said that in the last 10 years, how could those who did nothing for the people of Gilgit-Baltistan get votes?
