Following the increase in cases of corona virus, the Punjab government has implemented micro-smart lockdown in several places of the province, including Lahore, and sealed 830 places.
The Punjab government sealed 830 places across the province out of which 435 places are in Lahore alone.
1416 cases of Corona have been reported in the cell areas. Residents of the area will remain in quarantine for 14 days while no one will be allowed to come and go due to lockdown in the cell areas.
The sealed areas include Rawalpindi's Rawalpindi's 47, Multan's 44, Bahawalpur's 37, Bhakkar's 35, Gujarat's 29, Dera Ghazi Khan's 17, Faisalabad's 34 and Gujranwala's 14, Sahiwal's 16, Sargodha's 24 and Jhelum's. K8, Chiniot 7 and Kasur 3 places have been sealed.
Police will be deployed outside several streets in the area during the micro-smart lockdown.
Today, 1,123 cases of corona virus were confirmed in Pakistan while 12 people died.
There are 13,242 active cases in the country while the condition of 707 people is critical.
