RAWALPINDI: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi has arrested the son of former Gilgit-Baltistan Governor Mir Ghazanfar.
According to Hum News, NAB has arrested Prince Saleem, son of former Gilgit-Baltistan governor, in a fraud case. Prince Saleem is accused of fraud of Rs 5 crore from the National Bank.
Prince Saleem will be transferred to NAB Rawalpindi Regional Bureau Gilgit on transit remand.
Prince Saleem is accused of corruption as vice chairman of a private company called Silk Route. Prince Saleem took a loan of Rs 5 crore from the National Bank Soost branch on fake documents.
Prince Saleem did not appear before the NAB despite being summoned several times.
