LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar on the occasion of Allama Iqbal's 143rd birthday visited the shrine, laid flowers and offered Fateha.

The Punjab Chief Minister said on the occasion that Allama Iqbal conveyed the message of peace and brotherhood through poetry. Iqbal's message is one of hope and self-sufficiency.

Usman Buzdar said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is also a ray of hope for Pakistan. The new Pakistan is based on the principles of justice, fairness, feeling, Imran Khan is building a new Pakistan according to Iqbal's ideas.
