Lahore (Commerce Reporter) The record decline in cotton production has cost the national economy billions of rupees. According to the Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association, a total of 3,452,382 bales of crackers were produced in ginning factories across the country till November 1, which is 26,045 bales more than last year.
